Fieldstone
Gahanna, OhioFieldstone is a high-end single-family development located in eastern Franklin County, Ohio, and consists of 177-units on 104-acres of land with 44.5-acres of wooded ravine open space. Working with the developer, M/I Homes of Central Ohio, EMH&T helped design the site utilizing the wooded ravine to split the site from north to south to allow for a blend of moderately priced homes on the eastern portion and upscale living on the western portion. EMH&T provided complete site civil engineering and surveying services, roadway designs and infrastructure improvements. The three major open watercourses that intersect the site required sensitive culvert design to protect the natural beauty of the area. EMH&T designed a series of ponds to provide stormwater detention and water quality prior to discharge into the environmentally sensitive Blacklick Creek.
